At Soundpaint, we stand behind the quality of our premium audio equipment and offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a streamlined process for returns and exchanges on all eligible hardware.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Soundpaint account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your electronics in the original manufacturer's packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned unit, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
